With the 2016 Borgata Poker Open Championship beginning Sunday, it’s time for Satellite weekend! Over the next two days, players have numerous ways to earn their way in to the $3,300+$200 buy-in event for a lot less money.
Live satellites will be running here in the Event Center with the first starting in just a few minutes at 4pm Saturday. Event 31 is a $700+$50 Qualifier where ~1 in every 5 players will earn their seat in the BPO Championship.
At 7pm today, Event 32 runs and it is a $350+$50 Qualifier where ~1 in every 10 players will earn a seat.
On Sunday there will be three Live Satellites running at three different price points:
Event 33, 12pm, $350+50 (~1 in 10)
Event 34, 4pm, $700+$50 (~1 in 5)
Event 35, 7pm, $500+$50 (~1 in 7)
Since the Championship has two starting days, Sunday and Monday, and late registration is available through the first two levels on Day 2 (Tuesday) there are also two more ways to get in on Monday
At 10am, there is a $350+$50 Turbo Survivor where ~1 in 10 players earns $3,500 — exactly what they need to buy-in to the BPO Championship.
At 6pm, the $350+$50 Last Chance Qualifier will award seats to ~1 in 10 players for entry on Day 2 of the Championship.
