The James Calderaro/Kyle Bowker match was the last to start and the last to complete. It was also the only one to go to a third game. The two players went back and forth with Calderaro down to single 5K chip.
“Yeah, but I’m about to have another one,” he joked with Bowker and the rail.
They saw the flop, Bowker bet 800, and Calderaro tossed in that lone 5K chip. Bowker quickly called and Calderaro, the former WPT champ, was in trouble.
Despite his calls for a three, the dealer put out the turn and river to give Bowker the match two games to one.
Jesse Sylvia was standing by and Bowker immediately began his match with the WPT BPO champ.
